I have to say just how blown away the Pedal Commander is. I just purchased a 2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2 and wanted to adjust the pedal lag. I ran across your website and decided to give this a try. Boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I love that you have all the available choices and settings. Installed on my 2024 Colorado Zr2 with excellent results. The factory throttle response is very laggy on this truck, along with the turbo lag. I had to do something, so I installed an AFE cold air intake, JB4 tuner, and the Pedal Commander and this thing is an absolute ripper! It lights up tires like nothing. City mode is the perfect setting for me, since Sport and Sport plus are a bit over sensitive and aggressive for my taste. Love my Pedal commander, would highly recommend to anyone trying to get rid of that factory throttle delay on the 2.7l Turbomax vehicles.

I bought this for a 2026 Chevrolet Colorado WT to try and get rid of the throttle lag. The throttle lag when trying to navigate traffic was proving to be quite the challenge so I opted to pick this up.
Install was straight forward and I started with it in City mode and gave it a test. It woke that throttle right up! It now drives with a much better response.
The only thing this needs work on is a better way to modulate modes without throwing diagnostic lights on the dash. Just tried switching modes in park and my park light started flashing with a park diagnostic lights now on as well. If you all can fix this so we have a no nonsense plug and play that we can tweak modes on the fly and not worry about throwing diagnostic lights you’d have a 5 out of 5 from me.

Well, I have to admit I was very skeptical about this purchase but thought I'd give it a try. And I am totally blown away by the throttle response I now have in my truck! I swear its like I dropped a V8 in the truck! I know it doesn't add horsepower or anything like that but it sure is a game changer for quicker acceleration at stop lights or merging on the highway. I played with all 4 different driving modes and settled on sport +2 for me, sport + is not for faint of heart and definitely needs some getting used to because its damn near a whiplash response eco mode is a no go for me since it reduces even factory response but has a purpose for fuel economy and possibly inexperienced drivers. Overall I'm extremely happy I made this purchase and highly recommend to anyone looking for some zip in your commute to work or wherever. Simple installation and no engine codes as long as you follow instructions and leave your door open to drain the ECU for 15 minutes and keep your key fob far away! I wrapped both my key fobs in tin foil and kept them in the house far away to make sure there was no signal transmitting to wake up the ECU. Just me over thinking but I had no issues. I have a 2025 ZR2 Colorado

My 2021 Colorado with the 3.6 V6 engine always seemed sluggish. Although it has over 300 HP, it never really was very responsive. I just installed the Pedal Commander and what a difference! It took less than 10 minutes to install. City mode is like night and day. I now have quick acceleration and torque as soon as I touch the accelerator. Sport mode is very spirited and fun to play with. Sport Plus is just plain insane. I spun the tires pulling out and was going 70 mph before I knew it. The biggest advantage is when I am towing my 4,000 pound camper. No more getting a run for the hills. I have all the power I need to climb the steep hills of Pennsylvania. I even am getting better gas mileage when I am towing since I am not always bogging down. I should have bought this four years ago. This is by far the best $300 I have spent. My truck is now fun to drive again. It is like I have a new engine. I highly recommend this product. Don’t waste your money on anything else.

The pedal commander has been an excellent addition to my 23' Chevy Colorado. It gives that take off without having to worry about the lagging caused from the OEM. 2015 Colorado z71 has power, but throttle is so soft, you have to keep pushing until it gears down and revs. With the power commander, I keep on sport -3 as it works so well my wife was wondering why I’m racing the cars next to me! Torque starts way lower and is a smooth acceleration and woke up this 6 cylinder a lot!

2017 Diesel Colorado was very sluggish in the throttle before Pedal Commander and I’m vey impressed with the response with it installed. Even with City setting of 3 it’s a nice improvement and setting of 4 was even more impressive. Haven’t tried the sport settings yet, but I can’t wait to see how quick the throttle response will be.

I wanted the Pedal Commander to get rid of the Turbo Lag. It takes a bit of getting used to but it definitely works in all City modes 1-4 and Sport but you really need to get used to Not pressing the pedal too hard right off the start because the Turbo will instantly kick in and your RPM’s shoot up way too fast which causes a lot of noise and not much acceleration, BUT , once you master your pressure on the pedal in City and Sport not pressing too hard but feeling when to slowly add more pressure to get you to the turbo boost it’s Awesome. What really stands out to me making a Huge difference is once im already driving about 60kms then I hit the gas in City or Sport it really takes off. I usually drive it in Sport alone without even going to +1 . I haven’t really had the chance to try and master Sport Plus. It just revs way too High and then the Turbo kicks in right away and seems to take away from the acceleration for some reason , maybe it works better in the older models with the V6 or a Silverado with a V8 ? but I’ve only had it for about a week so I’m sure I’ll figure it out sooner or later. All in all it’s an Amazing upgrade and it makes driving way more fun.

I went from driving a Turbo and Supercharged sedan to a zr1 Chevy Colorado. I love the truck but the stock throttle response was horrible. Huge lag when you try to accelerate and it just going down the highway with the cruise control on it would vary about 5 miles an hour on the most minor incline. I installed the pedal commander in about 5 minutes and took it for a test drive. The city mode setting is how this truck should drive. The sport mode and sport+ modes are insane. It absolutely fixed my only complaints about this truck. Well worth the money.

I installed the Pedal Commander in my 2022 Colorado to get rid of the lag or hesitation in the throttle. It was a 5 minute install and fit perfectly. I'm only on the City plus 3 setting and it's so much better. I have the 3.6 V6 with stock tires. I wasn't trying for performance just better drivabilty and response. So far it's a great product with no problems. In the future I'll try sport settings just to see what happens

I finally broke down and purchased one the only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner this is phenomenal gives me a better pedal response when I need it or it can slow my truck down the way I want it
I know that this unit bye passé or makes the truck act like it is carbureted with instant pedal response I don’t really know if it gives you more horsepower or takes away horsepower when needed but what I do now is that it seems like the truck has up to 75% more horsepower or 25% less horsepower depending on how you sat it

I installed my Pedal Commander on a 22 Chevy Colorado Ext cab V6 and there was a notoriously sluggish pedal. Installed in minutes and it solved that problem. Fully adjustable, and now there’s power on tap more readily.

Installed in my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 in less than 10 minutes.What a difference this has made. I set it at "Sport +3," the acceleration rate is VERY noticeable. Tried it at "Sport Plus +4" mode...WOW! What a difference! Dialed it back to the "Sport +3," and am VERY pleased with its performance.As for MPG, I haven't had it long enough so see a difference either way. Will update.As for right now (I've only had it for a little over two weeks), I am VERY happy with the Commander. It is performing exactly as stated.
