The Cherokee has always been known to have laggy throttle response, much different from other cars. Pedal Commander does completely as advertised. The increased throttle response gives the Cherokee what it should have had from the start. Easy to install and simple to use.

I love it. My Cherokee doesn’t have a built in “sport mode.” I didn’t know what I was missing. Something as simple as having a less restricted throttle turns it into a whole new car. I’ve already used it to get out of sticky situations on the highway.

Absolutely love the pedal commander. It is like driving a completely different vehicle. The throttle response is amazing. Found that city +2 is the best for my style of driving. Heavier traffic I would definitely recommend turning it down. Best upgrade so far.

Easy installation. I tried most of the settings but settled in on the City about midrange. The sport setting was too aggressive, didn't like the pedal feel. Someone else did a review on Jeep Cherokee and said the same thing-City worked best. You can definitely feel the difference! Only complaint is that the throttle feels unsettled when you pull away from a stop and the road is a bit rough. But you'll get used to it.

Man, I’ve needed this six years when I bought the car ! Back then I upgraded my cat back exhaust and wondered why the car’s power didn’t change. Now I’ve fine tuned the pedal response along with the sound and my Cherokee performs like I wanted all along.

What an incredible difference! Even when set to the lowest city setting,(which is perfect for me) the Pedal Commander delivers instant throttle response. It totally eliminated the all-known 4cyl KL pedal lag that all us owners know and hate. Sport mode is "a day at the drag strip" and sport+ is just this side of INSANE.
KL owners know, there is very little in the form of performance goodies for us. But our prayers have been answered. The Commander is the ONLY upgrade you will need. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love my Pedal Commander. It really makes my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk zippy and fun! I leave it on City mode all the time and it has not changed my fuel economy at all! Definitely my favorite upgrade to me jeep!

It took longer to decide where to put control unit than to actually hook it up. Connectors matched perfectly. Decided to mount it out of sight behind kick panel since it has the bluetooth interface as well, which incidentally was easy to install to phone and works well. Tremendous amount of adjustment available, I ended up using city at midpoint which was plenty sensitive compared to stock. Nice to be able to slow response for winter weather or off road. I'm loving it!

So far this has made a huge difference in the feel of my Cherokee. Really doesn't feel sluggish off the line anymore. I don't use sport or sport plus, really just city mode and that is more than enough.

I plugged it in today and was very easy to install. I pulled out of my drive and was totally shocked at the difference that it made. Well worth the $$ for people that tow a trailer or just live in a hilly area, such as Pennsylvania.

VEHICLE: 2017 NISSAN TEXAS TITAN - I have to say after having 15 vehicles in my life, and having modified all of them to varying degrees, this has to be the most incredible 1 item mod I’ve ever purchased! Amazing how much power these new Electronic Pedal Control’s limit the performance of vehicles.I went from having a sluggish, slow, pickup, to a 405hp 5.6L V8 Beast! The only other mod I added before or after the Pedal Commander is a K&N CAI Filter. Worth Every Penny. In Economy Mode I went from 15mpg to 19.2mpg CITY. I use City Mode which is Better Than Stock (so is Economy). Sport is a lot of fun but too fast for everyday driving. Sport+ is like they say, Save it for the track! (At 40mph I took foot off gas and I was still accelerating!*Tip to PC Owners, tendency to Idle way up on its own in park (like 3K rpms), just hold down Yellow Star to switch to Econo Mode and back to 1K rpms, OR put foot on brake and switch to R or D). I say this because you’ll sit there in a panic at first in a parking lot as everyone is staring at you as your engine is revving higher & higher!

Wasn't sure about it, a lot of money. But I'll tell you what.. best investment yet! What a difference this makes. Still getting used to the settings, and still experimenting with it. But I love the fact that I can make changes from my cellphone rather than trying to see the changes with these old beat up eyes of mine. If anything, the wires need to be a little bit longer.
