    You will be provided a shipping label to send in your unit. You will send it free of charge. Once your unit arrives at our office, your order will be confirmed within one business day (excl. Saturday and Sunday) if the product is in good condition. Your new Pedal Commander® will be shipped out via your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges may vary.

    • At the top of this page, pick what you’re trading in — Pedal Commander ($100 off depending on condition) or another brand ($70 off).
    • Enter your vehicle info. If trading in a Pedal Commander, add the serial number.
    • Add to cart and check out.
    • We’ll email you a prepaid return label so you can send in your old controller.
    • Once we get it and verify it, we’ll ship your new Pedal Commander.

    We accept any brand of throttle response controller, not just Pedal Commander units!

    • $100 credit for any Pedal Commander in acceptable condition.
    • $70 credit for any throttle response controller brand.

    Once we receive your trade-in, we’ll ship your new Pedal Commander within 1 business day.

    Yes! Just let us know which make, model, and year your vehicle is when placing the order for the trade-up so we can ensure the new unit is compatible.

    Trade-up orders are final and non-refundable once we receive your trade-in unit. We recommend making sure you’re ready to move forward before sending your trade-in.

    If you need to cancel your trade-up order, please contact us before shipping your trade-in.

    If you accidentally submit incorrect vehicle details, please email our support team immediately so we can correct it before fulfillment.

    No. This Trade-Up discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, codes, or offers.

    Your trade-in must match the serial number entered at checkout. If we receive the wrong controller, your order will be delayed and may require additional payment or cancellation.

    We will cover the return label shipping for customers within the US and PR. International customers are responsible for both return and new unit shipping. Only US and PR residents receive a free return shipping label.
