I was skeptical and really wasn't looking forward to messing with the pedal on a brand new 25 explorer ST. It made it more scary when the install video wasnt helpful due to my cabling being inside the pedal. I was not looking forward to taking the pedal housing apart and I couldn't find any info on how to do it. I got in with a flashlight and found this little plastic tab. I popped it off and there was a bolt that held the pedal and the housing together. After that, the install was a breeze. My first drive with PC was something I wish I had video on. I started in sport mode and the car jerked like when you first get behind the wheel as a kid. I smiled from ear to ear as I pressed the gas and got thrown back in my seat. Sport + made me literally laugh out loud as there was 0 lag in my take off. This thing seriously works, people. It's a night snd day difference from stock. The only thing I'm not down with is eco mode. My particular vehicle really struggles to even move, which is not very safe. My best settings for saving gas are Pedal Commander's city mode, and my vehicle eco mode. It still has plenty of get up and go, and it's great on gas. Don't be afraid to experiment with the different combinations offered with PC and your vehicle's mode options. For example, PC sport mode +, and my vehicle sport mode together....whew...insanity! Great product!

The throttle response for city driving is awesome. Sometimes you need to be quick in city driving and this is exactly what I needed. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I love my 2011 Ford Explorer, but it definitely lacked quick response. But, not anymore.

Installed it last night within 10mins. Getting the plug off the pedal was the hardest thing due to its location under the dash. After that, I tucked it up underneath the dash,registered the device and set it for the morning drive via the app. Let me tell you, it really is the real deal. Pedal is so much more responsive and the without any significant effort while pressing on the throttle. Works as described. I hope to follow up after so daily use, over time. Kudos Pedal Commander solid product.

I purchased the PC18 Pedal Commander for my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport 3.5 ecoboost just for fun to see what it would do. The 3.5 is rated at 365HP but did not feel like it had that much power! The Pedal Commander installation is a quick and simple process! After the install i left my driveway in the #4 City Mode and i could feel a huge difference in acceleration immediately and i was amazed! Then i stopped and went all out and put it in the #4 Sport+ Mode and i could not believe the difference! The Turbos were screaming and it put me into the seat so hard the seatbelt locked me in! The Pedal Commander does not increase your Horsepower but it does utilize the Horsepower you have by waking up the throttle response to maximum performance! It is a simple Tune that in my opinion is well worth the money! I highly recommend the Pedal Commander!!!

Well I will tell you this much. If you like lag in your pedal. Then leave it like it is. But if you want that lag out and open up the acceleration on your car. THEN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PEDAL COMMANDER . WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

It does what you say. My 2015 Explorer Limited has more zip. I use City mode most of the time. Easy to use with the Bluetooth App on my phone.

This product is definitely worth the money! I have thus paired with my K&N cold intake on my 2011 Ford Explorer XLT and what a difference in throttle response. This allows my Explorer to just get up and go. You dont gain more power with the pedal commander, but it does allow the horses to be unleashed without lag time. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase!

I like this product, it works great to my ford explorer model 2019. I was dis appointed when i open the box, there's no sticker and the chain that I saw at youtube when they are unboxing their product.

Using it in any sport mode reduces gas mileage. But the throttle response is worth it. Definitely makes driving more satisfying knowing when you need the throttle it will be there near instantly.
